"What’s the difference between your Express and Premium options?"

In a nutshell, an Express website is pre-designed, so we’ll add your images, logos and content to customise it for you. It’s a fast, cost-effective option when you need a great-looking, functional site with five main sections.

A Premium website is perfect when you need something out of the ordinary. If you need a shopping cart, online form or other useful gadgets, or would like us to design your site from scratch, Premium is the best option for you.

An Express website is a fast, cost-effective option, but if you think you might want to add any gadgets later, it’s best choose a Premium site from the start. It won’t cost you much more, but you have the flexibility to make bigger changes later.

"How much do your websites cost?"

An Express website costs $3495 – which includes GST and no ongoing costs for three years.

A Premium website starts at $4500 and will vary depending on your needs.

We make a point of being very open about the costs involved, so you’ll be aware of all of the costs from the beginning of your website project – whether it’s a licensing fee for your content management system, or a charge to add a shopping cart to your Premium website.

"What does "3 years with no ongoing costs" mean?"

Your website needs to be hosted, and your domain name (that’s the bit after "www") needs to be registered. Many website developers will bundle these charges in to your initial costing, and then charge you an ongoing fee after the first 12 months.

"If I want to use another hosting service, can I switch to another service?"

Yes. But working with us means there are no additional costs to budget for three years, so you probably won’t need to think about moving.

"If Express websites are pre-designed, does that mean somebody can choose the same design?"

Yes, but your logo, images and different adaptations mean that no two sites are ever exactly the same. Plus, there are so many different designs to choose from that it’s rare for two clients to choose the same design.

"How many different designs do you have?"

Hundreds – in fact, we have more designs than you can shake a (USB) stick at – and we’re always adding new designs.

And if you choose a Premium website, we’ll custom design your site from scratch.

"Will I be able to update my website when I need to?"

Absolutely! All of our websites come with a content management system (CMS) which is as easy to use as Microsoft Word.

Within your defined layout and structure, you can change the wording and update your images as often as you like for no additional charge.

"I don’t have time to update my website - can you do it for me?"

Yes, we can! Let us know what changes you’d like to make, and we’ll provide you with a quote to make the changes, based on our hourly rate.

We can help you out with everything from regular changes (e.g. a new blog post every week to keep your content fresh) to one-off changes such as updating one of your photos.

"How will I know how to manage my website?"

When your website goes live, we’ll make sure you know everything you need to use your website.

You don’t need to know a lot about the web – we’ll make everything really easy for you.
